Reed Avenue Improvements

The project consisted of the reconstruction of the pavement structural section between Reed Avenue and “I” Street and Manning Avenue, including construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Reed Avenue and North Avenue, construction of median island improvements, removal of the existing island near the southwest corner of the intersection at Reed Avenue and Manning Avenue, traffic signal modifications at the intersection of Reed Avenue and Manning Avenue, reconstruction of pavement structural section on North Avenue, removal and replacement of storm drain facilities on Reed Avenue, removal and replacement of water main on Reed Avenue and North Avenue, undergrounding of overhead utilities, landscape and irrigation, signage and striping.
