The project consisted of placing, compacting, and finishing approximately 6,200 tons of aggregate base rock followed by paving approximately 3,800 tons of asphalt to provide the new South County Justice Center in Porterville CA with a 165,200 square foot parking lot. Areas within the parking lot were broken up into four areas: the main parking lot, the judges secured parking lot, the employee parking lot, and the sally port ramp which provided access to the basement level of the building.
